Coaching Services Agreement
THE CLIENT/COACHING RELATIONSHIP: Teagan Lowe Coaching is a partnership focused on developing the client’s awareness, thinking, and abilities in order to help them identify and achieve their professional career and performance goals. In coaching conversations, I will be direct and honest, and encourage the Client to do the same. The success of the coaching engagement depends upon our willingness to remain open and committed to the process. I draw on personal experience of performing at the elite level for over two decades, to provide my clients with a comprehensive set of services. These personalised resources are cultivated to help boost your confidence and offer support as you navigate your performance management and wellness challenges. I work with each individual, or group, closely in order to achieve measurable results.

All my strategies and techniques are by suggestion and invitation only - I do not force change on my clients - but do offer industry knowledge, choice, suggestions, awareness and the tools to take personal action.
Teagan Lowe Coaching
The client is aware that Teagan Lowe Coaching uses a combination of performance and career experience/techniques with her clients. By utilising Teagan Lowe Coaching's services, the client enters into an agreement with Teagan Lowe Coaching that they are responsible for creating their own results, following the program and completing the tasks and activities as outlined.

Teagan Lowe Coaching provides performance and career coaching. In Teagan Lowe Coaching’s performance and career coaching, any approaches, knowledge, experience and/or techniques mentioned are by way of invitation to the client. Most importantly, they are meant to supplement and not to be a substitute for professional medical consultation, care and treatment. Do not attempt to treat a serious aliment yourself without firstly gaining proper consultation from a qualified health care professional.
Refund Policy
If you withdraw from your coaching session booking within 24 hours from the booking time, there will be no refund of the price. However, you are free to cancel and change the booking day/time up till 24 hours before the appointment time.
Confidentiality:
I understand that Teagan Lowe Coaching respects and upholds confidentiality expectations and requirements. She will only release information about our dialogue with my written permission, court order or legal subpoena. In addition, there are some situations in which she is obligated to breach my confidentiality and contact local authorities and/or social services.
The situations include:
1. Child or elderly neglect or abuse.
2. Where she has reason to believe there is a risk of harm to self, or
3. Harm to others.
These situations rarely occur, and Teagan Lowe Coaching would make every effort to discuss the breach of confidentiality before taking action.
Teagan Lowe Coaching will keep client file (intake sheet, contract and session correspondence) with the intention of undertaking future sessions; otherwise all files will be destroyed upon completion of any coaching package or termination of sessions.
Guarantee Policy
Your wholehearted participation and commitment to the coaching process is required. You are responsible for your own results and I am 100% committed to helping you achieve your desired goals. Teagan Lowe Coaching has a guarantee which means that I will do everything I can to assist your success, as long as you are committed and trying your best. However, if you are not completely satisfied, I encourage you to tell me during the session, and together we will devise a plan to get the value you feel you paid for.
First Session
A Welcome Pack will be sent (via email) prior to the first session containing 3 documents. The first is a client intake form, the second either a performance or career (or both) coaching questionnaire/s, and the third the client contract. The client must return all these documents signed within 48 hours for the first session to commence.
Booking a Session
Please book all coaching sessions with Teagan Lowe Coaching via the contact form, direct email or through the chat session.
Please note that booking coaching sessions ahead of time will ensure you are accommodated with preferred time and days of the week. All sessions must be paid for prior to that session starting.

In the event Teagan Lowe cannot make the session time due to illness, she will immediately contact the client giving them the option to have the session refunded or postponed.
Any rescheduling of any appointment made by the client must be organised at least 24 hours before the planned date so as not to incur a penalty.
Limitation of Liability
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Teagan Lowe Coaching and that Teagan Lowe Coaching shall not be held responsible and shall remain blameless for any adverse or other consequences, including but not limited to financial, personal, employment or other losses, arising out of decisions or actions the Client may make as a result of the Services provided by Teagan Lowe Coaching.
Whilst Teagan Lowe is committed to act at all times in good faith, results are not guaranteed, and in the unlikely event of any dispute arising, Teagan Lowe’s liability is limited to the fees paid.
No event shall Teagan Lowe Coaching, TBC be liable to client for any special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this agreement.
Zoom Details
By clicking on any of the Zoom Meeting links you are acknowledging and agreeing that:
1. You or your child has permission to be online and attend a live online dance class.
2. You will ensure that you or your child is wearing appropriate clothing that is suitable for dance and in no way revealing.
3. That, where possible, you will ensure webcams are located in a communal space like a living room - rather than a bedroom. If only a private space like a bedroom is available you will commit to keeping the door open and/or you or another adult will stay present for the class.
4. The sharing of this invitation and password is strictly forbidden.
5. Your child participates in these online dance classes at their own risk. You understand that dance is likened to sport and, although rare, injury may occur. Teagan Lowe will not be held responsible for any injury that may occur to your child during dance class.
6. These zoom meetings are being closely monitored by Teagan Lowe and have strict safety platforms built in. Each class will be recorded and archived for child safety purposes.
7. Zoom links will only be emailed out once payment has been made and the receipt (proof of class purchase) has been sent back to: teagan.lowe@gmail.com
Payment
A session/s is paid for prior to commencement. A requirement is that all payments be made via Direct Deposit (bank account provided in your Welcome Pack) or in person if the session is face to face.
Once payment is made, and this document signed, it is deemed that you (the client) have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out in this agreement and the transaction is final and your session time confirmed.
Change of Appointment Policy
If you need to change your appointment, please advise Teagan Lowe Coaching ASAP by email (teagan.lowe@gmail.com) or text 0407 057 784.
Please note: If a client cancels their session in less than 24 hours from the agreed date and time, the client will incur a penalty of a NO SESSION REFUND and that session will be considered completed.
